Steve Rider is President of “The Rider Elite Team” at Keller Williams Legacy One, one of the top producing teams in the nation with just under $80 million in sales volume.   

Born in Texas and a Valley resident since 1973, Steve explains, “We have more than 21 agents whose sole purpose is serving the needs of buyers and sellers. Since 1977, we have successfully helped buyers decide on what homes to purchase and worked to get them top dollar on their existing homes.”   

With both parents in Real Estate, it was only natural for Steve to follow suit. A broker since 1980, Steve has won numerous awards– including a President’s Award, the Top Producing Team and the National Sales Trainer. Additionally, he is licensed in California and teaches at the Arizona School of Real Estate.   

Steve’s business philosophy is focused on helping others: “From Realtors to customers, you have to give first before you receive anything in return. We listen so we can understand the needs of our customer. We stay in constant communication, consult with our client, work with lots of buyers, and give our clients room and knowledge to make an informed decision with no pressure.”

But don’t think Steve is all work and no play. His life is a happy balance between work and family. He and his wife, Beth, met at the Tempe Arts Festival and dated for seven years before tying the knot ten years ago. Their four and-a-half year-old son Alexander is “the apple of our eye!”
